Paid packages (such as featured ads or extra ad limits) are activated immediately after payment and are therefore non-refundable once activated.
If you were charged but the package was not activated due to a technical error, or you were charged twice, we will refund the full amount after verification.
No refund is given if a featured ad is removed for breaching the Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of payment to the email below, with the transaction reference.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
