By using the Hala Souq app and website (halasouq.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Hala Souq is a classifieds platform that lets users post ads and contact each other. Hala Souq is not a party to any sale, purchase or rental between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete a transaction.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

3. Ads

• Ads must be accurate, in the correct category, and use real photos of the item.
• Ads that breach the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain or public morals are prohibited, including: weapons and ammunition, drugs and controlled substances, prescription medicines, counterfeit or stolen goods, adult content, gambling, protected animals and official documents.
• Duplicate or misleading ads, or using someone else's contact details, are not allowed.
• Hala Souq may review, edit, reject or remove any ad without notice.

4. Dealing with other users

Inspect items before paying, meet in public places, and never transfer money before receiving or verifying the item. Hala Souq is not liable for any loss or damage arising from dealings between users.

5. Paid packages

Where paid packages (such as featured ads) are offered, prices and duration are shown before purchase and are subject to the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Hala Souq name, logo and design belong to us. By posting an ad you allow us to display its content and photos on the platform and to promote it.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
